1. About these terms

SepanjangHayat is run by Sleet Resources (201703210262), R-03A, PALMERA RESIDENSI, LAMAN PUTERI 3,BANDAR PUTERI BANGI ("we"). By using this website, opening an account, making a booking or paying, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Notice and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
• Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what's done through your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Digital wedding cards

• Each card is for one wedding (or one couple's set of events). It can't be reused for another couple or event.
• You can switch designs and update the content at any time. Event dates can be changed until 7 days before the event.
• The card stays online until its details are deleted 30 days after the event (see the Privacy Notice).
• Storage is limited: 100 MB for guests' voice recordings and your own song, plus room for guests' photos and videos with the relevant add-on.
• Add-ons work only once paid for, and only on the card they were bought for.

4. Your content and your guests' content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and show it only to provide the service.

• You must have the right to use every photo and song you upload. Your own song must be one you're allowed to use.
• Don't upload anything unlawful, indecent, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.
• The couple chooses which of their guests' wishes, photos and videos show on the card.
• We may remove content that breaks these terms or after a valid copyright complaint.

5. Photobooth rental

• Send a booking request; we confirm the date and send a quote to your account.
• The date is only locked once the deposit is paid. The balance is due before the event, as set out in the quote.
• We cover the Klang Valley. Events outside it carry a travel charge, shown in the quote.
• Hours, extra time and what's included are as set out in your quote.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit, as shown when you order. Payment is online through Stripe (card, FPX or GrabPay). We are not SST registered, so no SST is charged. A receipt is issued for every payment.

8. Partners

Partners also agree to the partner programme terms shown in the partner portal, including the package card rules for package partners.

Payout timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Payouts may be delayed or withheld for account checks, suspected misuse, refunds or chargebacks, incorrect bank details, or delays at banks and payment processors. Commission is only paid on payments we have received in full.

Commission figures and payout timings shown on the website, the portal or anywhere else are estimates and do not guarantee any earnings. We may change rates, the hold period or how payouts are made with prior notice.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — for example sending spam through its forms, trying to access other people's accounts or data, scraping it, or disrupting it.

Use of cards, storage, the AI assistant and partner links is subject to the Fair Use Policy.

10. Liability

We work to keep the services available and correct, but can't promise they'll never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
