Fair Use Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Why this policy exists
Our digital cards and services have no fixed cap on guests. To keep everything fast and safe for every couple, we ask for fair use — normal use for one event — and we limit automated or unusual traffic.
2. Your card's guests
Real guests can open the card, RSVP and send wishes with no limit on numbers. To stop spam, each internet connection has an hourly limit per card:
- RSVPs: 12 an hour
- Wishes only (e.g. from a table QR code): 80 an hour
- Guests' photos and videos: 150 an hour
These limits count per connection, and are large enough for guests sharing the hall's Wi-Fi or the same mobile network.
3. Limits per card
- Up to 3 events, 8 schedule rows and 4 contacts
- Couple's gallery: up to 12 photos, each up to 5 MB
- Guest list: up to 800 guests
- Voice storage: 100 MB per card, for voice wishes (up to 30 seconds each) and your own song (up to 50 MB)
- Guests' photos and videos (with the gallery or montage add-on): 3 GB per card; each photo up to 20 MB and each video up to 100 MB
- Card details, wishes and media are deleted 30 days after the event
One card is for one wedding or event — not for resale or any other purpose.
4. The AI assistant
The AI assistant answers up to 20 messages an hour and 60 a day per connection. For anything more, please contact us directly.
5. Automated traffic and misuse
The site limits excessive requests from one connection. Bots, scripts, scraping, load testing, mass messaging and fake clicks aren't allowed. We may slow down or block such traffic, and suspend cards, links or accounts used for spam or for purposes other than an event. Link-preview tools (such as WhatsApp's) are still allowed.
Clicks on partner links that are automated or artificial aren't counted, and can lead to the partner account being suspended.
6. Photobooth
“Unlimited prints” means prints for your guests during the booked hours, at your event — not bulk printing for sale or for others.
7. Changes and availability
We may change these limits with notice on this page. We work to keep the services available, but can't guarantee it — see the Terms & Conditions.
