Printing FAQ
Is the digital card included?
Yes. Every printed-card order comes with a free digital card in the same design — with RSVP, wishes, maps and a countdown. If you already bought a digital card in that design, we use the one you have.
Can I change colours or the design?
Background colours and text layout can be adjusted — tell the designer in your print notes. A fully custom design may cost extra.
How long does it take?
Normal: 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Urgent (+RM40): 7–10 working days after proof approval. The clock starts once you approve the proof.
What does shipping cost?
Postage depends on the item and quantity and is shown in every product's price table — separately for Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan.
What if there's a spelling mistake?
Check the proof carefully before approving — names, dates, address and phone numbers. Printing starts only after your approval, and mistakes in an approved proof can't be refunded.
Can I cancel an order?
Before the designer starts, contact us for a full refund. Once the first proof is sent the design cost is non-refundable; after approval an order can't be cancelled.
